FRANK GARDNER O.A.M.

The organising committee of the Festival of Speed on Tweed has been enormously proud to have had Frank Gardner O.A.M. as its Patron for the last three years. The enthusiasm that Frank showed for our Festival was one of the reasons it has been so successful, said Roger Ealand, Festival Director, and we thank him for the time and effort he has put in.

Frank’s motoring career has been followed with keen interest by thousands of motorsport fans throughout Australia and it has been events such as the Festival of Speed on Tweed which has given those fans the opportunity to meet their heroes of motorsport face to face.
