Car Clubs
"The 2010 Festival of Speed on Tweed is back on track and the opportunity for your Club to showcase its fabulous cars to the thousands of spectators who come to Speed on Tweed is available once again. So make sure your Car Club brings as many of your cars to Murwillumbah as you can, to be part of this fabulous event..
For judging purposes we would prefer cars to be parked in their respective car club groups. If clubs want to park together they must travel/arrive together. To confirm your allocated space please have your club representative email our Car Club co ordinator well in advance and let them know how many cars are coming and arrange your parking space.
This years trophies are kindly supplied by Shannons Insurance who also share the passion of your motor vehicle.
Catagories for this years Speed on Tweed Show and Shine are as follows;

2. Best Club
3. Best Open
4. Best Closed
5. Best American
6. Best British
7. Best Japanese
8. Best Australian
9. People’s Choice
10. Best Engine Bay
11. Best Paint work
12. Best "Donk"
The Trophies will be presented on the stage located near the "Branding Rail" or toward the main entry gate for Show and Shine competitors.
HOW TO ENTER:
- Get your Car Club members together and pre-purchase your Entry Tickets ($15 per person).Contact here to order the tickets you require for your club
- Email our Car Club co-ordinator with the number of CAR PASSES your Club needs.
- Your CAR PASSES will be posted out to your Club Secretary .
GETTING TO SPEED ON TWEED:
- From the Freeway (north or south) - Take the *Tweed Valley Way" exit to Murwillumbah.
- At the Condong Sugar Mill turn right & follow the Speed on Tweed signs.
- Turn left into Queensland Rd and stay in the left hand lane.
- Inform the Gate Attendant that you are a Show 'n Shine entrant and enter through the Harry Williams Gate.
NOT A MEMBER OF A CAR CLUB BUT HAVE A FABULOUS UNUSUAL, HISTORIC, MUSCLE CAR YOU WANT TO ENTER IN THE SHOW 'n SHINE? OR MAYBE IT IS A MOTORBIKE EVEN A STEAM POWERED BEAUTY OF YESTERYEAR WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE IT IN OUR CENTER RING. see below:
- Pre-purchase your tickets.
- Send an email jmc45732@bigpond.net.au with the message "NOT A CAR CLUB MEMBER".
- Your Car Pass will be posted to you.
- Arrive (as above)
